Chris Khalil

Head of Digital CX Design

Chris is Head of Digital User Experience Design at ANZ. He has 18 years experience in the User Experience Design (UX) field and holds a PhD in the subject. He is one of Australia’s leading experts in CX, UX and Digital Strategy and has been leading UX & Design teams for over 10 years.

Lexi Thorn

Senior Design Team Leader

Lexi started her career as a visual and interaction designer and has over 12 years experience working in UX and digital. Prior to joining ANZ, Lexi headed up the UX group at News Corp. She is also a seasoned exponent of agile and lean methodologies.

Jussi Pasanen

Principal UX Designer

Jussi is one of Australia’s most accomplished UX practitioners and has close to a decade of experience in UX and interaction design with an additional 10 years in software and online development. Jussi joined us from the leading CX agency Symplicit where he was the Customer Experience Director.

Julian Wong

Principal UX Designer

Julian comes with background of over 15 years of experience in mobile. He began his career teaching web in various universities in Melbourne in the late 90's then moved abroad to spend much of the early 2000s pioneering design for various telco and social media start-ups in Europe.

Chloe Walker

Creative Director

Chloe is an award winning designer and has over 19 years experience leading the design of major national and global digital products. Her numerous awards include 2 prestigious ‘Webbys’ (the internet equivalent of an Oscar) for ‘Best Banking/Bill Pay Website’ for her work on manilla.com.

Scott Maywood-Bryant

Principal UX Researcher

Scott joined us from News Corp in Sydney where he led the UX Research Practice and worked across all the major portfolio projects. He has 19 years experience in the User Experience Research & Design field working for large corporations, enterprises and education in both Australia and the U.S (including a spell at AskJeeves).

Ben Rowe

Senior UX Designer

Ben has over 14 years experience in UX, marketing and web roles. Most recently, he’s worked as Senior UX Designer and Strategist for Thirst Studios, a leading User Experience studio based in Melbourne.

Neelab Azimi

UX Designer

Neelab is a passionate and seasoned User Experience Designer and Certified Usability Analyst with 7 years of UX Design in Banking

The CX Centre was created to provide us with a dedicated space to work

We’re looking for a talented Senior UX Designer that has experience in a range of UX activities such as conducting design thinking workshops, using co-creation techniques to enable the inception of innovative ideas, customer research to understand customer needs, as well as strong wire-framing and prototyping skills using tools such as Axure.

Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer in the Digital CX team you’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding visual experiences are created for our retail portfolio of products (goMoney, Internet Banking, ANZ.com). You’ll have a strong digital design portfolio which demonstrates experience in both web and iOS/Android design, with motion design being a plus.
